Chef de Cuisine
Chef Beck joined Hilton Minneapolis in 2015 after four years of splitting his time between working as the executive chef at Stout Island Lodge, Birchwood, Wis., and spending the winters working with Don Saunders at his two restaurants, In Season and The Kenwood. He received his degree in Culinary Arts from St. Paul College in 2012. Beck’s unique blend of North Woods-fining-dining-meets-Twin-Cities-melting-pot can be attributed to his start in the culinary profession.
Chef Beck has been instrumental in the culinary concept of Hilton Minneapolis’s new restaurant and bar, Ten 01 Social. In 2016 Beck received the Minnesota Pork Association Taste of Elegance People’s Choice Award.
